We have a 1 business day order processing time.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. This may add 1–2 days to your estimated shipping time.
Due to high demand during the holiday season, shipping may take an additional 5–7 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

We proudly ship to over 200 countries worldwide. If there are any restrictions shipping to your country, we will contact you directly.
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately. We cannot cancel the order at that point.
However, once your order arrives, you can reach out to our support team to begin the return and refund process.
If you select Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible for:
A reshipment or refund if your package is lost in transit.
Orders made with Free Shipping or Priority Processing will be reshipped only if lost.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
